Engineering and Maintenance Leader

Engineering and Maintenance Leader required for flagship multiple plant manufacturing campus.Fantastic opportunity to join our client, a global leader in specialty coatings. Owing to internal promotion they are looking for an experienced person to join and lead the Engineering and Maintenance team for their flagship multiple plant campus.A Director level role, you will lead a team of 26 (5 direct reports), providing strategic and technical leadership for all engineering functions, including: preventive and corrective maintenance; process controls, projects, facilities, and capital projects.Reporting directly to the Multi-Site Plant Manager you will drive enhanced reliability, efficiency, equipment performance, automation and capital project execution.You should be degree qualified with demonstratable experience of leading an engineering team within a manufacturing environment.
