You will help grow our national presence by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results that exceed expectations.This is a quota-carrying, in-person role requiring a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for OOH media. Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development – Identify and engage brands, agencies, and OOH buyers to generate new revenue.Account Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.Consultative Selling – Understand marketing objectives and create tailored OOH solutions using Stic’s platform and network.Sales Strategy & Pipeline – Develop account plans, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM records.Industry Expertise – Stay informed on OOH trends, audience targeting, and competitive landscape.Collaboration – Work with operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure campaign success.Qualifications2+ years of OOH or media sales experience.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.Network of brand and agency relationships a strong plus.Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Bachelor’s degree preferred. What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.Flexible PTO.Collaborative, energetic West LA office environment.Opportunity to shape the growth of a leading OOH tech company.
