Coverage Needed Start Date: 9/8/2026 Schedule: 10p-8a, (single coverage 2a-6a) Estimated Shifts/Month: 12 Part Time Clinical Details ED Visits: 40,000 per year Procedures: Simple procedures, procedural sedation, joint reductions, rarely chest tubes or central lines EMR: Epic On-Site Helicopter service Certified Chest Pain Center (door-to-call in under 30 mins) Certified Stroke Center (utilize teleneurology) ED is supported by attending physicians in all major specialties and subspecialty fields including ortho trauma, general trauma, neurosurgery, and CT surgery Will work solo 65% Adults, 35% Peds Support Staff: Experienced NP's in the ED Requirements Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible Boards Accepted: ABEM State License Required: Illinois Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, CSR, DEA Minimum Experience: 1 year Must be able to cover a minimum of 6 shifts per month
