The main office is located in Tarzana, CA and this is a full-time, in-person position.Role DescriptionThe Lease Administrator is responsible for assisting the Leasing Department team in the preparation, execution and management of the leasing transactions and legal documents. The administrator engages in coordinating and assisting with all day-to-day functions of the leasing department.QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years working in either (i) Commercial Real Estate as a Lease Administrator; or (ii) as a Paralegal or Legal AssistantComputer skills, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and YardiExcellent planning, organizational and follow-up skillsMeticulous attention to detailHigh ethical standards and professional integrityAbility to work independently and on a teamAbility to work under pressure and to multi-taskNotary Public license a plus, but not necessaryPay RangeThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.
