Pay: $30-$34/hour + overtime Benefits: Start Day 1 401k Match: 5% immediately Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 4 PM Location: Rosenberg, TX Why Apply Benefits Day 1 - Medical, dental, vision from your first shift 5% 401k Match Immediately Permanent from Day 1 - No temp period, no probation 20+ Year Careers - Stable global company, machinists retire here The Job Operate manual lathes, mills, VTL, and grinders to machine precision pipeline components Read blueprints and engineered drawings, select tooling, set speeds and feeds Machine parts to tight tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting Learn HBM operations with paid training Requirements Must Have: 2-5 years manual machining experience Experience operating manual lathes, mills, and VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) Strong blueprint and engineered drawing reading Proficient with precision measuring instruments Work independently with minimal supervision High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to Rosenberg Excellent attendance record Preferred: HBM experience Trade school or apprenticeship training Pipeline or oilfield manufacturing background Compensation Hourly Pay: $30-$34/hour ($62,400-$70,720 annually) Overtime: $45-$51/hour when available Medical/Dental/Vision: Day 1 401k Match: 5% immediately PTO: Paid time off Total Package: $65,520-$74,256+ with benefits Manual Machinist.
