Responsibilities include service and claims resolution, benefits administration support, and vendor accountability for performance standards. Along with Account Executive staff, Account Manager has documentation responsibilities to include maintaining Salesforce, updating checklists and client files, and communicating to clients regularly on outstanding issues.Principal AccountabilitiesEssential Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesActs as a resource for clients to help them resolve any day to day plan administration/benefits issues pertaining to: billing, paperwork/plan documents, ongoing enrollment/eligibility, benefits administration systems, and client portalsWorks closely with insurance carrier representatives to stay on top of product and systems updatesAssists Account Executive with annual renewal process, as needed, includingmarketing and organizing proposalsenrollment materials and benefits administration system updatesposting documents to online system/portalsopen enrollment processingResponsible for documentation of internal files and databases with all client data and communication in SalesforceHandles special projects for Account Executive, as neededAssists Advisors and Account Executives with scheduling, meeting preparation, etc, as neededDesired SkillsProficiency in processing large amounts of information on an ongoing basisExceptional attention to detail and time management skillsStrong aptitude for organization and prioritizationDesire to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in duties and responsibilitiesEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to work on projects with a team or on an individual basisProficiency in PC, Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn software/technology quicklyDesired Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in Employee Benefits Administration or related field. The base salary range for this position is $41,000 – $80,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
