The role offers hands-on experience within a supportive corporate environment and exposure to a variety of HR and office operations.Job Description:Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR and office administrative functions in their Denver corporate office. This is a fully in-office role that plays a key part in onboarding, employee coordination, and maintaining efficient internal processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working cross-functionally with different teams.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS systemAssist with onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and schedulingCoordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communicationsProvide administrative support to HR leadership and the broader teamSupport general office operations to ensure a smooth, organized workplaceQualifications:Prior experience in an HR coordinator roleFamiliarity with HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environmentAdditional Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWork Environment: 100% in-office, five days per weekLocation includes on-site parkingContract-to-hireAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
