Away Brand Representative – Visual MerchandisingWe are seeking a dynamic and seasoned retail professional to join our team as a visual merchandising independent contractor. As a 1099 contractor for our Away Travel Brand Rep Program, you will be responsible for completing merchandising and some associate training for the brand within retailers such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Nordstrom, etc. Hours do vary by locations/territory. This is a supplemental 1099 contractor role.Responsibilities And DutiesExecute visual merchandising according to planograms and brand directivesMaintain product presentation standards and stock levelsEducate and inform store management and associates about brand initiatives and product knowledgeBuild strong relationships with store teams to support brand successEngage with customers as needed to promote the Michael Kors brand Submit store visit reports, including before-and-after photos and written summaries, using ThirdChannel technology on a smart deviceSkills And QualificationsPrevious visual merchandising experience, preferably in retailPassion for the AWAY brand and/or luxury/premium travel accessoriesStrong attention to detail and visual presentation skillsExcellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solveCompensation And PerksThis is a 1099 independent contractor positionCompensation starting at $24/hour (rate based on Market and relevant experience)Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with store managementBuild merchandising, inventory and customer service experienceJob Details + RequirementsImmediate start date upon completion of self-guided onboarding processA smart device with internet access (iOS 17.0 or above, Android phones on version 13.0 or above)ThirdChannel provides the ONLY in-store and online retail technology solution driven by passionate brand experts.
