Executive AssistantWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Supermicro. This role will support one of the company's most dynamic and fast-paced organizations, requiring exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted operational partner to the CBO, FAE, Product Office and Sales Leadership team, helping coordinate executive activities, global travel, customer engagements, internal communications, and strategic meetings across multiple regions and time zones.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and prioritize the CBO's Outlook calendar, including resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating executive meetingsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, transportation, accommodations, and detailed itinerariesHandle confidential information and sensitive communications with professionalism and discretionPlan, organize, and support internal meetings, customer engagements, leadership reviews, and corporate eventsInterface with internal teams, executives, customers, and global stakeholders across multiple countries and time zonesAssist with preparing presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and executive communicationsSupport leadership operationally and administrativelyCoordinate and support conference calls, executive briefings, customer meetings, and video conferences, including meeting notes and follow-up trackingHelp improve organizational efficiency and executive workflow managementQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant or related experience supporting senior leadershipStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams and ZoomExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityExperience supporting executive-level operations within Technology or Service or Sales organizations preferredWillingness to travel as neededSalary Range $98,000 - $120,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
