Job Title: RecruiterContract-To-HireLocation: Buffalo Grove, ILPay Rate: $30–$32/hourBenefits: PTO, Health, Medical, DentalOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Buffalo Grove. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for direct positions across multiple product lines and departments. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for manufacturing and technical roles and be comfortable managing a high requisition load while partnering closely with internal HR and hiring managers. This is an onsite role requiring consistent collaboration and the ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for direct manufacturing and technical positionsSupport hiring for roles ranging from entry-level to skilled technical positions including:Machine OperatorsMaterial HandlersAutomation TechniciansMaintenance TechniciansProcess TechniciansAssembly SupervisorsEngineering roles (as needed)Partner closely with internal HR team and multiple hiring managers across product linesSource, screen, and qualify candidates for skilled manufacturing positionsManage up to 35 active requisitions simultaneouslyMaintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processUtilize ATS/VMS systems to track candidate activity and hiring progressCoordinate interview scheduling including virtual and onsite interviewsHelp drive recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSupport hiring timelines and ensure requisitions move efficientlyQualifications3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical environmentsExperience recruiting for skilled positions such as technicians, supervisors, and engineers preferredManufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferredAbility to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDemonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration skills with internal HR teams and hiring managersExperience using applicant tracking systems requiredExperience with Workday (ATS/VMS) strongly preferredFamiliarity with VMS systems and Kronos is a plusAgency recruiting background acceptable with stable work historyStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to move quickly and prioritize competing demandsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national
