You’ll own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the team, and be the face of the project to the client.This is not a sit-back role — this is for someone who wants control, responsibility, and the ability to actually impact outcomes.What You’ll OwnManage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $20-35M+ annually.Full financial performance and profitabilityClient relationships and communicationProject teams (PMs, engineers, supers, subs)Schedules, change orders, and executionWhat You Bring10+ years running construction projectsExperience owning large budgets and delivering resultsStrong leadership — you can push a job forward, not just manage itComfortable in fast-moving, high-pressure environmentsAbility to capture change ordersProcore / MS Project (or similar tools)
