Sales Development Representative
Our client is a commercial workplace design provider that’s been on a fast growth trajectory over the last several years, and they are looking to add at least 2 individuals to their SDR team in Austin.This role is Base plus commission:First year OTE average is 65k.The ideal candidate is an energetic team player with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.ResponsibilitiesDrive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managersUpdated and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in PipeDriveConsistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or a related field2 years of outbound business development (SDR/BDR) work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to stay organized and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
