Job Title : Ui/UX DeveloperLocation : Manhattan NYC 3 days a weekDuration : Long term contractNote : Looking for Consultants with 10+ Years of Experience and Looking for Only USC, GC only. Responsibilities:  • Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React. • Implement UI components using modern JavaScript libraries, including React.js, Redux, or similar. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience. • Work closely with designers to ensure consistency between the design and implementation. • Troubleshoot and debug UI issues to enhance application performance. • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologiesQualifications: • Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. • Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development practices. • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience with user-centered design processes, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). • Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices (WCAG). • Knowledge of UI performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.Nice to Have: • Experience with Redux, GraphQL, or TypeScript. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of animation libraries like Framer Motion or React Spring. • Experience working with design systems and maintaining component librariesThanks Vignesh
