Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. Key responsibilities include managing payroll processes, handling garnishments, remaining compliant with payroll taxes, and coordinating employee benefits. The Payroll Manager will maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and establish best practices for payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at the highest standard. Qualifications Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management to ensure accurate and timely workflowsExperience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, including compliance with relevant legal and reporting requirementsSolid understanding of Employee Benefits and payroll-related benefits administrationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience working with payroll software and systems, such as ADP or similar platforms, is preferredExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyPrior experience in a leadership or management role is a plusBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
