Role OverviewRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with:AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)Expertise in application architecture and system designExperience in:Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsKnowledge of data engineering, APIs, and system integrationAI-Specific SkillsUnderstanding of AI pipelines, model deployment, and monitoringAbility to evaluate and apply AI tools in application development lifecycleTechnical LeadershipCollaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into solutionsDrive adoption of AI-enabled development tools and frameworksProvide training to the team for using AI Capabilities Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementLeadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams Preferred QualificationsExperience implementing AI in enterprise applicationsExposure to DevOps / MLOps practicesKnowledge of Responsible AI and governance principlesPrior experience in a technical lead or architect role
