About the Opportunity:
The LEAD FULLSTACK ENGINEER role centers on the design and development of new software features using a modern technology stack with a primary focus on front-end technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Next.js, alongside back-end contributions. This position plays a critical role in advancing the integration of artificial intelligence within development processes, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions in collaboration with client teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the integration and adoption of AI technologies within the development team.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable front-end and back-end services.
Develop new features, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end skills in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence capabilities and experience contributing to AI-related solutions.
- Ability to identify effective AI applications and understand requirements for building such solutions.
- Demonstrated back-end experience, preferably with Python or Go.
- Experience with scalable cloud web services and microservices, preferably AWS.Commitment to code quality, automated testing, and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and clients.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
