Remote | Part-Time (~50 Hours/Month) | Estimated Earnings: $3,000+/MonthAbout Us:Bright Spots Ventures is a healthcare innovation and collaboration company that brings together leaders across health plans, health systems, health tech, and investment.Through our Bright Spots in Healthcare podcast, live events, and private roundtables, we spotlight what’s actually working in healthcare, and create space for senior leaders to learn from one another in a candid, practical way.Our work sits at the intersection of:Thought leadershipExecutive community-buildingStrategic go-to-market collaborationRole Overview:We’re looking for a Producer & Client Partnership Manager (PCPM) to take ownership of both content production and client experience across our programming.This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable:Producing live virtual events, podcasts, and industry roundtables – Managing speaker recruitment, content development, and event executionServing as the primary client liaison for sponsored events – Ensuring client goals are met and maintaining high client satisfactionThis is a part-time, remote, independent contractor role with flexible hours. The position offers structured base compensation with performance-based bonuses and commissions.What You’ll Own:Event Production & ExecutionOversee production of live webinars, recorded episodes, and virtual roundtables (15+ events per year)Secure high-quality speakers, including healthcare executives and industry thought leadersManage event logistics, marketing coordination, and post-production content distributionClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary contact for sponsors of assigned eventsAlign programming with the sponsor’s go-to-market strategy while maintaining Bright Spots' reputation for authentic thought leadershipEnsure sponsor expectations are met, guiding them through event prep and post-event analysisMarketing & Content DevelopmentCollaborate with internal teams to promote episodes and eventsAssist in audience engagement strategies, including NPS (Net Promoter Score) tracking and post-event feedback collectionStrategic Growth & Sales SupportIdentify opportunities for client renewals and additional sponsorshipsEarn commissions for successful contract renewals and upsellsWho This Role Is For:7+ years in production, content, events, or client-facing roles (healthcare experience preferred)Experience working with senior executives or external stakeholdersStrong editorial instincts: you know how to make conversations engaging and substantiveHighly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams without losing qualityComfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentHealthcare, digital health, or B2B media experienceExperience with sponsored content or client-driven programmingWhy Work for Bright Spots Ventures:Direct access to senior healthcare leaders shaping the industryOpportunity to influence real, high-level conversations, not just produce themFlexible, remote work with meaningful ownershipClear path to expanded scope or full-time role as the business growsCompensation:This is a part-time, contractor role with a mix of:Per-event base compensationPerformance-based bonuses (speed, engagement, audience growth)Commission on client renewals and expansionTypical earnings: ~$1,300 - $3,000 per month (based on volume and bonuses) Additional upside through bonuses and commissionsBase Compensation Per Event: Live Webinars: $700 per episode Recorded Podcasts: $350 per episode Private Roundtables: $1,200 per roundtableHow to Apply:To apply, send your resume and a brief cover letter to Kim Grass at .
