Optimize Search is proud to partner with a prominent organization in the North Dallas area seeking an Associate of Development/Learning to join their team. This role is in office and it is a tactical day-to-day focused role.Responsibilities:The position oversees a wide range of organizational development programs, including onboarding, leadership development, culture sustainment, career planning, and other professional growth initiatives, while designing and delivering innovative learning solutions across multiple modalities.It collaborates with employees and enterprise partners such as HR and Change Management to diagnose organizational needs, define business objectives, facilitate change initiatives, and implement targeted culture and team‑effectiveness programs.The role also leads engaging program facilitation and identifies external resources as needed to ensure high‑quality development experiences.Requirements:5+ years of experience conducting organizational development and providing internal consultingBachelor's degree in organizational Behavior/Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development or related fieldMaster's degree preferred
