Network Project Coordinator

Network Project Coordinator, a remote contract position responsible for supporting and implementing network and telephony hardware/software deployments for North America stores while managing onsite technicians and coordinating with various stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact for network/telephony store activity and coordinate with construction resources Configure network and telephony hardware and manage vendor communications and escalations Track project status and provide weekly status summary reports for network-related activitiesRequired QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred At least 4 years of previous IT experience preferred At least 2 years of networking experience preferred, including routers, switches, and telephony systems Previous project management or coordination experience preferred Proficiency with Smartsheet, Service Now, and Microsoft Office Applications
