This position allows you to be totally involved in the sales process, from initial customer contact, consulting with the customer to determine their needs and coming up with the solutions to meet the challenges they face.Benefits/Perks:Competitive PayPaid Vacation and HolidaysContinual Growth and LearningOngoing Training OpportunitiesMonday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM No Weekends or EveningsA Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS CenterLearn to prepare estimates, and establish/maintain follow up procedures.Implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished ordersCommunicate with customers concerning scheduling and status of ordersWork with customers and staff to schedule installsWork with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of businessBuild long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.Assist in center marketing activitiesHandle customer payments and assist in collection of Accounts ReceivableAdministrative duties involving customer and vendor paperworkProactively call existing and prospective customersBe open to helping out in other departments such as production and possibly simple installationsIdeal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:1-2 years of retail or customer service/inside sales experienceProactive sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentOutgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationshipsGreat listening and organization skillsAbility to think on your feet and offer consultative solutionsAbility to work on computers to generate estimates and proposalsAbility to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality workUnderstanding of graphics programs and requirements.
