Accessory Development Engineer

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to achieve product integration, design, and manufacturing standards. Support strategic planning for accessory line-ups, cost management, and process improvements. Lead project scheduling, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of testing, installation instructions, and quality standards.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in automotive or powersports. Demonstrate leadership, communication, and confidentiality. Proficiency in 3D modeling, technical drawings, project planning, and Microsoft Office.
