Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited massage therapy program Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work CPR Certification Ability to pass a background check Proficient in various body massage techniques Active liability insurance Responsibilities Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communications skills Manages client care with the approved policies and procedures of NE Wellness clinic and within clinical scope of practice Provide the highest quality care possible utilizing evidence informed practices and assist each patient to reach their goals while maintaining a strong provider/client relationship ensuring client satisfaction Promote and exemplify integrative care principles while providing client education within scope of practice, regarding lifestyle recommendations and guidance Be accessible and responsive to the client's needs Monitors client progress and ensures appropriate follow up care Refer clients to internal or external healthcare professions as necessary and indicated by clinical findings Develop and maintain clinical expertise by staying current with best available scientific research Complete all necessary client documentation in accordance Participate in relationship building or marketing activities sponsored by NE Wellness Actively recruit new patients through individual business development activities Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external providers Attend meetings (team meetings and individual practitioner group meetings Attend educational seminars as requested by leadership Maintain licensure Other duties as assigned Compensation: Signing bonus up to $500, dependent on hours of availability Competitive pay Commission on all up-sells of CBD Massage, Stone, & Cupping (optional) Tips Benefits: Generous employee discount Production based bonus opportunities: Flexible schedule Job Types: Full-Time Part-Time Expected Hours: 10 – 30 per week Schedule: 4-hour shifts 8-hour shifts Friday shift required Weekend shifts required *We pay based on experience.
