Photoshop and other 3D rendering skills are a plus.Must be dependable, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.Detail oriented and team player.Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and meet daily deadlines.Needs to be able to follow through and update partners on task statuses.Assist with sample ordering and pick-up.Responsible for pricing, creating client proposals, and issuing expediting reports.Responsible for project documentation such as finish specifications.Assist with project AutoCAD drawings.Help with social media content. Assist partners with any necessary tasks such as note taking, product research, updating sample library, etc…General errands.Office tasks and organization.Enter time billing into accounting software. Studio experience a plus.Responsible completing daily timesheets and keeping track of billable goals.Create proposals and purchase orders.Expediting and follow up with vendors.Oversee installation teams on job sites.Assist with photoshoots. Update vendor contact list and assist with setting up new accounts.Shopping and returns as pertains to client jobs and photoshoots.Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.Must have personal and reliable transportation.Employee will be asked to use personal transportation and cell phone to complete job requirements.Office attendance is necessary. Virtual days will be offered for illness and inclement weather.HP Market/Trade Shows/Out of town jobs may require additional time and/or weekends.OTHER: Job description and requirements may evolve as employee grows with company.Trial period of 60-90 days
