Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers, 4+ years, to support enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and enhancements with a strong focus on Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidates will have hands-on development experience in Salesforce technologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the DC Metro area.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutionsWork extensively on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Service Cloud implementations. Sales Cloud experience is a plus.Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and FlowsBuild and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIsCollaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to work on requirements and deliver scalable solutionsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesPerform unit testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and production supportEnsure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Federal compliance requirementsTroubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing enhancementsSkills and Qualifications4-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experienceMandatory experience with: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) & Service CloudExperience with Sales Cloud is highly preferredStrong proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows and Process AutomationExperience with Salesforce integrations and APIsKnowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permission setsExperience working on US Federal/Government projects is preferredPublic Trust Clearance required and eligible to obtain it Secret Clearance is highly preferred, and eligible to obtain itSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator are requiredStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsLocation- DC Metro Area (Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the DC Metro area)
