This position will be full-time, salaried and remote.What You'll DoLead the planning, execution, and adoption of enterprise-wide strategic and transformation initiatives, including value propositions, use case prioritization, and roadmap development·Design and implement target-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance frameworks, business processes, roles, skills, and performance measuresManage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment and driving consensus across complex, cross-functional programsCoordinate with interdepartmental partners to gather inputs, monitor execution, and ensure accountability across initiativesOversee evaluation and development of project plans, assess technical and process implications, and guide stakeholders toward optimal business solutionsLead, coach, and mentor Strategy and Transformation consultants, supporting professional growth and continuous improvementAct as a strategic thought leader within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), contributing insights that advance organizational maturity and operating model designIdentify strategic risks and opportunities using industry insights, data analysis, and cross-functional collaborationEducate internal teams on transformation leading practices and emerging methodologiesPrepare executive-ready deliverables, including technical documentation, process workflows, and presentationsDeploy business and finance process changes and risk-mitigating controls that support transformation objectivesPerform other critical projects and assignments as directedWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field·3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or a related field, with direct involvement in enterprise-wide transformation initiativesDemonstrated experience designing target-state operating models (organization, governance, processes, roles, and performance metrics)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendationsProven project and program management skills, including project plans, RAID management, and executive reportingAbility to influence change and drive executive-level decision making across diverse stakeholder groupsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing documentation and facilitationStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing and developing teamsEntrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to high-quality workMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorshipPreferred:Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programsTrack record of designing and implementing innovative operating models and governance frameworksExperience launching strategic initiatives with measurable business impactExposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) or procurement-related transformation initiativesProficiency in using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and deliverablesFamiliarity with digital operating models, automation, and AI-enabled workflowsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and VisioExperience supporting or leading business proposals and executive presentationsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.$140,000 - $160,000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
