Role: Mainframe DeveloperLocation: Nashville, TN (Onsite)Duration: 12 monthsWe are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in IBM z/OS environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JCL, DB2, and CICS, and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing mainframe applications in a high-performance enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications on IBM z/OSWrite and manage JCL for batch processing and job schedulingDesign, develop, and optimize DB2 databases and queriesBuild and support online applications using CICSAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPerform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuningEnsure application stability, security, and compliance with standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business analystsProvide production support and resolve issues in a timely mannerRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Mainframe developmentStrong hands-on experience with z/OS, JCL, DB2, and CICSProficiency in COBOL programmingExperience with batch and online processing systemsGood understanding of mainframe architecture and utilitiesStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with version control and deployment processes
