Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in San Antonio, TX. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, setting targets, mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth for the business. The Sales Manager will work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals. Qualifications Proven sales expertise, with skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, and closing dealsLeadership and team management experience, with a focus on mentoring and motivating sales teamsStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsData analysis and reporting abilities to monitor and improve sales performanceCustomer service orientation and skills in building relationships with clientsProficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales toolsAttention to detail, organizational abilities, and a results-driven mindsetExperience in the furniture or retail industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
