Retail Store Manager Benefits · Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance · Paid Time Off · Holiday Pay · Flexible schedule · Employee discounts · Paid training · Opportunity for advancement Retail Store Manager Qualifications · One year of prior leadership experience is required, and retail management is a definite plus · At least two years retail sales experience required · Proficient knowledge of cell phones, computers, and point of sale systems strongly preferred Retail Store Manager Responsibilities · Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, features and accessories in a fast-paced retail environment · Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers · Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our no contract products meet those needs · Engage with the community through outside sales events or promotions · Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations as needed · Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment · Supervise all day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and promotions, bank deposits, and employee scheduling · Ensure store safety and security, including cash handling and inventory management · Conduct employee training and on-going coaching to meet sales goals, as well as address performance issues as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
