Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

The RoleXRHealth is the global leader in immersive healthcare, delivering virtual reality therapy devices to patients at home. We\'re scaling our D2C patient acquisition engine and need a performance marketer who will own it.This is a highly hands-on ownership role responsible for directly managing and optimizing our paid acquisition engine to drive measurable patient growth.We are looking for a performance marketer who owns both strategy and execution with proven experience in U.S. healthcare D2C marketing. You will spend most of your time inside Google Ads and Meta Ads, launching campaigns, optimizing performance, testing creatives, managing budgets, and driving patient acquisition.You will serve as XRHealth\'s internal expert for paid media, owning execution, measurement, and continuous optimization across our paid channels.What You\'ll DoPaid Media Execution & OwnershipPlan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Discovery, and Demand GenOwn day-to-day campaign management: bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and targetingEnsure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and platform configurationPerformance Monitoring & OptimizationMonitor campaign performance daily and act on what you findContinuously improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROASOptimize bids, audiences, placements, and creative performanceMeasurement & AnalyticsOwn the performance tracking stack: GA4, tag management, attribution tools, and dashboardsProduce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insightsTrack KPIs, identify issues early, and measure performance against acquisition goalsPartner with the data team on lead quality, pipeline attribution, and reportingRun structured A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and landing pagesIdentify and lead testing across new and emerging paid acquisition channelsOptimize conversion paths and landing page performanceWork with creative teams to brief and develop high-performing ad assetsCommunicate performance clearly to stakeholders who don\'t live in the platformsWhat We\'re Looking For4–7+ years managing paid media campaignsDeep hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads —requiredProven experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spendStrong experience across Search, Paid Social, YouTube, and Performance MaxStrong analytical skills: GA4, attribution tools, dashboards, spreadsheetsExperience optimizing full funnels including landing pages and conversion pathsExperience producing clear performance reports and translating data into decisionsExperience with HubSpot —requiredRequiredProven D2C healthcare marketing experience in the U.S.Deep understanding of healthcare advertising compliance and restrictionsFamiliarity with HIPAA-compliant advertising practicesNice to HaveExperience with medical devices, telehealth, or health subscriptionsExperience in fast-paced startup environmentsThis Role Is NOTNot a management role. You will be managing campaigns, not people.Not a strategy-only role. You\'ll own both strategy and execution. You\'ll develop and execute D2C patient acquisition strategies for the U.S. healthcare market, and then go build and run them yourself inside the platforms.Not a set-it-and-forget-it role. These campaigns need daily attention. If you prefer to automate everything and check in weekly, this will not be a good fit.You\'re happiest operating Google and Meta Ads, inside spreadsheets, and reviewing dashboards. You spot patterns others miss and make decisions based on evidence, not intuition.
