Customer Success Executive

You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, retention, and providing top-notch support, ensuring a smooth experience for founders from onboarding to program completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead founder onboarding and ensure successful integration into the programMonitor founder progress and performance, driving engagement and retentionRespond to founder inquiries and provide ongoing support with a customer-first approachExperience:Experience in a customer-facing role (customer support, experience management, or similar)Experience in a startup environment or having started your own businessExcellent communication skills, both written and spokenYou Will Be:Conscientious and passionate about delivering great serviceForensically detail-orientedEntrepreneurial, with a problem-solving mindsetComfortable working across multiple time zones, particularly in the USIdeally You Will:Have experience managing customer engagement and retentionBe familiar with customer cohort managementSalary: USD 1000-1500/month DOESetup: Fully remote
