Customer Service Representative

Job Overview Established and growing printing business seeks individual to help with customer service and sales. This person will work with new and existing customers to make sure their projects are completed on time and in a high quality manner. The person will be taught and use proprietary software to provide estimates and generate sales leads. This Individual will also schedule print production, run digital printing presses and print finishing equipment. Five years minimum experience in the printing industry is required. Graphic design background and direct sales experience are helpful. Must be reliable with references. Compensation includes pay commensurate with experience, bonuses, health and retirement benefits. Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of the printing process from prepress to finishing - Coordinate with clients to understand their printing needs and specifications - Oversee the operation of printing equipment and ensure optimal performance - Monitor print quality and implement quality control measures - Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing layouts - Maintain inventory of printing supplies and materials - Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and processes Skills - Proficiency with personal computers, email and other computer applications - Experience operating digital printing presses and print finishing equipment - Ability to manage color accuracy and perform color management tasks - Knowledge of graphic design software for creating print-ready files - Familiarity with machining and fabrication processes in a print production setting - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Commitment to providing customers with exceptional service - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Experience: Printing: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Rochester, NY 14615 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Rochester, NY 14615: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
