The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building high-performance, scalable microservices using React, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB, with a deep understanding of payment processing systems and financial transaction workflows.Strong experience as a Core Java Developer (Java 8+) in Banking, Financial Services,Hands-on expertise in building microservices using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworksProven experience working on payment processing systems, transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, or settlementExperience developing RESTful APIs for high-volume, low-latency financial applicationsHands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven and real-time payment processingStrong working knowledge of MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases) and SQL databasesExperience integrating with payment gateways, clearing systems, or external financial servicesUnderstanding of security, data privacy, and compliance requirements in banking/payment systemsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
