Job OverviewGallaher Signature Living is seeking a part-time Caregiver to join our Villa Capri team. In alignment with GSL's mission and values, Caregivers are responsible for taking pride in delivering high-touch, personalized care. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful relationships, attention to detail, and working in an elegant, supportive setting. All responsibilities must be completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.This position has an hourly range of $19.00 - $22.75 per hour, depending on experience.Mondays 6:00am - 2:00pm and/or Sunday and Mondays 10:00pm- 6:00amKey ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilityOffer companionship and emotional support to residentsAssist with meal service and light housekeeping as neededObserve and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditionMaintain a clean, safe, and respectful environmentUphold our luxury service standards and resident-centered care philosophyQualifications & RequirementsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous caregiving experience preferredCNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plusWarm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skillsReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends or eveningsKnowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care.Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals.Able to operate office equipment including copier, telephone, postage machine, time clock, medical alert system.Able to adapt and respond to changes, make decisions, and prioritize tasks and projects.Able to read, write and speak the English language to interact and communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, physicians, health care professionals, residents, and their families.Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.Able to obtain and maintain valid First Aid, CPR, and Food Handler's certification, as needed.Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, test within 72 hours of start date.About UsGallaher Signature Living is redefining what it means to age well.
