We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tree Service Salesman/Estimator to join our team. Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Tree Service Salesman/Estimator with at least 2 years of experience in the tree service industry. Key responsibilities include: *Meeting with customers to assess tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding needs. *Preparing accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates. *Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining excellent customer service. *Following up on leads, generating new business, and closing sales. *Collaborating with the operations team to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction. Requirements: *Minimum of 2 years of experience as an estimator in tree trimming, removal, or related services. *Solid understanding of tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding processes. *Strong sales and negotiation skills. *Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. *Must have reliable transportation to travel across the Metro Atlanta area. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: This is a commission-based position offering competitive rates: ** 12% commission on company-provided leads. ** 15% commission on self-generated leads.
