No prior assembly experience is required, but preferred. We provide full training on all tools, processes, safety procedures, and job tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing or production.Key Roles/Duties:Assemble products and components according to work instructions and training providedUse basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectivelyInspect finished products for quality and accuracyFollow production schedules and meet daily output goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaReport material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisorsWork cooperatively with Team members and SupervisorsFollow company safety policies and procedures at all timesLearn new tasks and cross-train in other assembly areas as needed.
