DevSecOps Engineer
Overview
In this role you will advance CI/CD and DevSecOps capabilities to support defense software delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines to design secure pipelines and ensure compliance with DoD DevSecOps reference architectures. You will implement and sustain CI/CD solutions, container image workflows, and security controls, while guiding teams on best practices. This remote-to-hybrid position offers impact across development, security, and operations, with growth opportunities and direct contribution to mission-critical software. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize development and deliver secure software at pace.

Key requirements5+ years combined experience as Software, DevOps, or DevSecOps engineerExperience creating software and CI/CD design and standards documentationExperience with CI/CD, GitLab, GitLab CI, Docker/Podman, Nexus/Artifactory, Grype/Trivy, OpenSCAP, Syft or equivalentsExperience with Python and GolangExperience supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelinesProficiency in GitOps, CI/CD, and DevOpsProficiency in LinuxPreferred: Helm, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, SonarQube, Packer, Terraform, Ansible or equivalentsexcellent communication skillscollaborationcontinuous learning mindsetCI/CDGitLab and GitLab CIDocker/Podman
