Electronics Assembler

Job Description Human Bees is hiring Electronics Assemblers for a high-volume manufacturing opportunity with Foxconn in San Jose. This role focuses on rack-and-stack assembly, system integration, rack-level cabling, and hardware installation in a fast-paced production environment. This is a strong fit for candidates with hands-on assembly experience, good technical awareness, and the ability to follow layouts, diagrams, and work instructions accurately.Location: San Jose, CA Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Work Schedule: OnsitePay Day Shift: $23.00 per hour Swing Shift: $23.00 per hour + 10% shift differential Graveyard Shift: $24.00 per hour + 15% shift differentialShift Options Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM Swing Shift: 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM Graveyard Shift: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AMKey Responsibilities Assemble and integrate server racks and full systems Install and mount servers into racks Install and connect networking equipment, switches, and cables Perform rack-level cabling and power distribution Support system-level testing and validation Troubleshoot basic integration and assembly issues Work with engineering and quality teams to escalate issues when needed Follow work instructions, rack layouts, and diagrams accurately Maintain quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environmentQualifications Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or system integration Ability to read and follow rack layouts, diagrams, and work instructions Familiarity with structured cabling and hardware installation Comfortable using hand tools and working on full system builds Basic understanding of networking equipment, Ethernet, or fiber is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production settingWhy Apply Competitive pay with shift differentials Multiple openings available Contract-to-hire opportunity Work with a leading manufacturing team in a high-demand environment Great fit for candidates with assembly and technical build experienceImportant Shift NoteCandidates open to graveyard shift may be trained on day or swing shift first, depending on business needs and training availability.
