This is not a traditional "status report and meeting notes" PM role.In this position, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, work directly with customers, and own outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and delivery quality. The work is highly collaborative and coordination-heavy, with clear accountability for execution.This is a delivery-first environment that prioritizes execution over bureaucracy. The team values practical outcomes, transparency, and steady progress over rigid processes.What this means in practice:• Focus on execution over excessive process• Real-time problem solving and delivery ownership• Emphasis on delivering measurable customer value• High level of accountability and ownership• Strong focus on efficiency and resultsWhat You'll Do• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent OpenBuild implementations• Lead customer-facing calls, working sessions, and executive updates• Drive projects across scope, schedule, budget, and risk• Build and manage project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans• Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track• Coordinate across engineering, integrations, and customer stakeholders• Prepare clear, concise executive-level updates and presentations• Ensure strong follow-through on actions, decisions, and commitments• Balance multiple priorities without losing momentum• Deliver tangible, measurable outcomes for customersWhat Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means quickly building credibility with both customers and internal teams, taking full ownership of projects, and driving them forward with clarity and momentum.Top performers effectively manage multiple initiatives, communicate with confidence, and maintain control over scope, schedule, and risk without requiring constant oversight.What We're Looking For• 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS project delivery• Proven ability to own outcomes, not just coordinate tasks• Strong communication and presentation skills• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects• Excellent time management and prioritization skills• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments• Ability to understand and communicate technical conceptsNice to Have• Experience in construction technology, ERP, or field execution tools• Familiarity with platforms such as Trimble, Sage, Procore, or similar• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models• PMP certificationWho You Are• Proactive and self-directed• Comfortable with ambiguity and change• Strong leadership presence in client-facing environments• Organized, but adaptable and flexible• Focused on outcomes over process• Able to drive alignment while pushing projects forwardCompensation• $135,000 - $155,000 base salary (depending on experience)• Fully remote within the United States• Comprehensive benefits package includedWhy This Role
