180 Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our team. 180 PT has been providing care in the Erie area since 2009 and is independently owned and operated allowing us to focus on providing the highest quality of care available to our patients. We emphasize compassionate, individualized care and are searching for applicants who demonstrate kindness and caring along with a strong work ethic and initiative to learn. Our weekly schedule focuses on work-life balance by providing the staff with 2 half days and prioritizing one-on-one care with an average patient work load of 40 patients per week and no weekend hours. We'll be accepting applicants ranging from new graduates to experienced clinicians seeking a clinical director position. Very competitive benefits with reimbursement based on experience.Responsibilities:Confidently perform patient evaluations and progress reports with individualized treatment plans focusing on patient specific goals.Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in treatment implementation and monitoring of patient progress.Communicate patient status with physician and healthcare team as needed.Supervise PTAs along with consistent communication regarding any changes to the patient's plan of care as well as review/co-signing of daily notes.Work cooperatively with peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the clinic.Complete patient care documentation/EMR and billing in a manner that is compliant, timely, and efficient.Effectively communicate in a manner that is clear, concise, relevant, and timely.Maintain licensure through continuing education and professional development.Assist with scheduling patients in appropriate and consistent manner relative to their condition.Assist staff with daily clinic chores.Benefits: Vacation, sick pay, holiday pay, retirement plan with company match, health benefits, fully paid life insurance and short term disability, continuing education, state licensure and CPR reimbursement, Dragon voice to text dictation.Education: Graduate of Physical Therapy Program accredited by APTA.Licensure: Current PA PT license.
