Intern- Integrated Product Services Design

Position Summary: This position will report to the Director, Integrated Product Servcies. This position will involve all phases of a design project, including specification and architectural design, detailed circuit design, simulation, layout, verification, and design bring-up and test.Primary Responsibilities:Participate in the different design phases from specification, through design, bring up and automation of custom test designs.Perform tests and characterization using our custom test systemsBring-up prober and probe wafers in the cleanroomPosition Requirements:Excellent communication skills.Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters.Knowledge of python, Verilog/VHDL, mahlab and/or c programming.Excellent problem solving and analytical skillsMotivated to carry out a wide variety of tasks with clear communication and presentation skills in a dynamic team environment.About Us: Forza Silicon is a Business Unit in the Materials Analysis Division of AMETEK, Inc.
