Sr Brand Manager - White Claw
This role is designed to lead the growth planning of one or more brands in the Mark Anthony portfolio for the US Business. Based in our Chicago office (hybrid), the Sr. Manager, Brand Commercialization will be responsible for building the local marketing strategy, deployment, commercial management of Brands in the US.
Accountabilities:
Lead Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
Lead the Innovation implementation and volume planning
Lead Sku assortment review & pricing strategy
Build the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable
Accountable for Brand P&L and CAAP

Brand Growth & Health
Volume & Sales
Innovation Metrics (i.e., Portfolio Management, Volume Projection, & SKU Optimization)
Skills & Experiences Needed:
Bachelor’s Degree & 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
Experience leading a fast-moving, explosive-growth brand
Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills
