Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.What you'll do:Own infrastructure across our cloud environments — deployments, scaling, reliability, and costBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let engineers ship fast without breaking thingsSet up monitoring, alerting, and observability across services so we catch problems before clients doWork closely with backend engineers on containerization, orchestration, and async job infrastructureHelp the team adopt infrastructure-as-code practices and reduce manual ops overheadWe're looking for someone who:Has 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experienceIs strong with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Has built and maintained CI/CD pipelines in production environmentsUnderstands networking, security basics, and how distributed systems failThinks about reliability as a product — uptime and observability matter to youNice to have:Experience supporting Python-based microservices or async job queuesFamiliarity with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC toolsExposure to browser automation infrastructure (managing Selenium/Playwright at scale)What we offer:Fixed salary with annual Performance ReviewWork format - Hybrid, Location - New YorkPersonal AI tools budget, access to courses and mentorshipA product that genuinely changes people's livesA team from Google, Yandex, Avito, Skyeng, and YCombinator
