Packaging Associate

We have a variety of equipment made by Automated Packaging and looking to upgrade.What you'll do: Successfully run product through auto-bagging equipmentManually pack productPick and stage product to be baggedUnderstands the packaging equipment being usedIdentifies packaging defects quickly and makes adjustments immediatelyKeeping up with product outputSet up and start machine and operate successfullyMake adjustments to machine as neededWhat you'll bring: Must have minimum 2 years auto-bagging experienceGeneral Math skillsAbility to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 60 poundsAbility to read and follow instructionsEnergetic, enthusiastic and enjoys being a part of a high performing teamStrong leadership skillsKnows and understand “how” to delegate work flowStrong attention to detail and can connect that to the experience of our customerMust embrace and act with the Earnest Core Values in mindProven track record of attendance and reliabilityDetails of this job:Wage: $18.50/hr.Monday-FridayHours: 8:00am-5:00pmEarnest Machine is an Equal Opportunity Employer that offers a full benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401k program.
