The business is known for a collaborative, non-confrontational project approach and deep, repeat relationships across education, affordable housing, and interior buildouts.Job Description* Coordinate daily site activities and oversee subcontractor performance.* Support project management tasks, including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.* Help manage budgets, track progress, and report on cost and schedule impacts.* Enforce safety, quality, and MDCPS standards across the project lifecycle.* Work closely with senior leaders to resolve field issues and keep projects on track.
