Administrative Assistant

Job Summary As a Administrative Assistant, it is your responsibility to support the business in any way possible. You would report directly to the General Manager. Duties Primary: Respond to customer phone calls, texts, and emails - including scheduling. Secondary: Support the General Manager in daily, quarterly, and annual tasks, as well as business growth and efficiency. Tertiary: Assist the Technicians with technical and CRM support. Other responsibilities would be assisting in maintaining office cleanliness, data entry, daily upkeep of reporting sheets, handling any delegated tasks, research and rough draft making, filing and organization, handling payments, inventory management, assisting with licensing and handling permits, assisting with writing SOPs, delivering parts to job sites, picking up orders from vendors, and any other task asked. During hiring periods, it will also be asked for assistance in the hiring process and basic training. Need to Know As office workers, our prime duty is to serve our customers and serve our Technicians with selflessness. The Technicians support us and we support them just as heartily. You will be working directly with the General Manager on a daily basis. The General Manager is responsible for company growth and efficiency. Assisting them with creating new systems and perfecting current ones is a critical task. We are a specialty industry. Initial education and continued education is both offered and required. Especially because our work directly effects the safety of the customer and our Technicians. We are small business so we wear many hats. We are a team and we all wear many hats together, assisting each other in whatever needs completed for the happiness and health of the everyone. No one is above any task. We have a shop dog. Those allergic to dogs need not apply. Working hours - M-F 8:00am-4:30pm, Half hour unpaid lunch.
