We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.Under the general direction of the National Manager, this Manager - HR Operations (Shreveport) position oversees and executes all aspects of human resources operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and workforce planning. The HR Manager partners with leadership to implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and promote a positive and engaging work environment.
