Plant Electrician -- Hiring NowCenveo | Cleveland, OH | 1st, 2nd & 3rd ShiftCenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and production equipment in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.Pay & SchedulePay Rate $30 -- 43/hr hr depending on experience + shift premiums (2nd & 3rd shifts)1st shift 7:15 am -- 3:30pm (Mon -- Fri)2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm -- 11:25pm (Mon -- Fri)3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)Flexibility to train on any shiftOvertime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.Shift availability is subject to changePrimary DutiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic systems, wiring, motors, and controlsTroubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, AC/DC drives (up to 480VAC)Read electrical diagrams and modify/repair equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and document workSupport pneumatic/hydraulic repairs and basic machine‐shop tasksFollow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areasOther duties as assigned/requiredJob RequirementsIndustry‐related electrical experience required4+ years electrical diagnostics experience (PLCs, drives, 480VAC)Ability to read diagrams, perform complex electrical/mechanical workAdvanced troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skillsWillingness to work overtime or other shifts as neededPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carryingLift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75--100 lbsExposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glueAbility to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCenveo is an EEO Employer
