Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician (Night Shift) Western Wisconsin | Food ManufacturingGPAC has partnered with a well-established, high-volume food manufacturing facility in Western Wisconsin that is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team. This is a 6PM-6AM shift (Wednesday/Thursday + every other weekend) with strong overtime potential and a team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working in a fast-paced production setting, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.What You'll Be Responsible ForTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systemsPerform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiencyWork closely with production and QA to ensure safe, sanitary repairsMaintain compliance with GMPs, OSHA, and food safety standards (FDA/USDA)Document maintenance activities and communicate repairs impacting productionSupport continuous improvement and reliability initiativesWhat We're Looking ForMaintenance experience in manufacturing (food preferred)Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (electrical is a plus)Ability to work independently on night shift and prioritize tasksUnderstanding of GMPs, safety protocols, and production environmentsTeam player mindset with strong communication skillsCompensation & Schedule$26-$32/hour (based on experience)6PM-6AM | Wednesday/Thursday + every other weekendFull benefits including health coverageOvertime availableWhy This RoleStable facility with consistent production demandOpportunity to step into a critical role with immediate impactStrong team culture and hands-on leadership supportRoom to grow within maintenance and operationsFor immediate confidential consideration, send your resume to hillary.cooley@gogpac.com.
