LTE/CDMA EVDO Optimization Engineer

Experience creating and coordinating drive routes, Drive Testing, post-processing, and analyzing results. E xperience with Optimization and Multiband tuning with specific LTE equipment vendors. Extensive experience proposing post-launch Optimization changes and tracking improvements towards target KPIs/SLAs. Candidates will be expected to possess strong working knowledge of the following tools: JDSU, Windcatcher, as well as specific OEM’s tools/platforms. Strong inter-personal and communication skills will be absolutely required
