Unified Case Manager
Juvenile Justice Supervision And Child Welfare Case ManagementThis position requires a highly responsible individual who will provide integrated juvenile justice supervision and child welfare case management for youth who are dually involved in delinquency and dependency in Miami-Dade County. This position requires a dual certification as a Juvenile Probation Officer (JPO) and Child Welfare Case Manager (CWCM) and perform all functions required under applicable Florida Statutes, Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ)/ Department of Children and Families (DCF) administrative rules, policies, and contract requirements. The Unified Case Manager (UCM) shall partner with an Intensive In-Home Multidisciplinary Behavioral Health Team to coordinate treatment, ensure youth compliance with court orders and supervision conditions.
Dual certification as a Juvenile Probation Officer (JPO) and Child Welfare Care Manager (CWCM) (or ability to obtain/maintain both)
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.
4 years' experience working directly with adolescents in criminal justice, social services or education.

Knowledge of Chapter 39, Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) rules, Department of Children and Families (DCF) policies and Safety Methodology
Valid Driver's License is required.
